Fern is the checklist on this site. It runs in the browser. It does not send the answers to a call centre, and there is no form for a phone number. Affiliate links are not on the page. A chat subdomain is not connected in this release.

Fern is run by the Arrivau team. It is not a government agency and it is not a provider of the service described here.
